Diana Gonzalez
Diana Gonzalez is a magnet recruiter and counselor at East Career Technical Academy in the Clark County School District. Diana holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from UNLV, a M.A in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix, a M.S. in Urban Studies Education from Nova Southeastern University, and a CTE in Diverse Learners from Touro University. She has been a counselor for 14 years but has worked for the District since 1996. She is bilingual so often she translates at several community events for the Spanish-speaking community. Diana is also a nationally certified ASIST trainer.

Kassie Griffith
Kassie Griffith holds Master degrees in Agency Counseling, School Counseling, Organizational Leadership, & Educational Leadership. She has been a school counselor for 12 years in the Clark County School District and is licensed program administrator, as well as a certified ASCA Bullying Prevention specialist, an ASCA Legal & Ethical specialist, and an ASIST Master Trainer. During the time Kassie has worked for the CCSD, she has completed 2 separate Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) programs: Issues in Poverty through Touro University and Cognitive Behavioral Disorders and ASD through NOVA. Kassie also has experience with ELL populations & teaching strategies, behavior & classroom management, Kagan strategies, and has assisted in creating a parent guide to support learning at home with FACES & the ELL Department. During this past year, Kassie was the first counselor in the state of Nevada to compete the Public Education Foundation Teacher Leadership Academy. She is currently seeking a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
